A Rome man who ran over his brother twice with a car earlier today has been apprehended by Bartow County Deputies.
According to Floyd County Police Investigator Rusty Williams, a fight with brothers led 41-year-old Kurt Bunch to storm out of his New Calhoun Hwy home Monday afternoon and enter his car. Authorities say his brother Kenneth was on the porch when Bunch backed his vehicle into the home----not once, but twice, pinning Kenneth between the crumpled structure.
Bunch fled the scene and was later apprehended in Bartow County on warrants charging him with aggravated assault.
The victim was taken to Floyd Medical Center. Police are unsure of his condition.
