Formal indictments have been handed down from a grand jury in the child molestation case against Rome businessman Lance Walker.
Walker was arrested last month on charges of aggravated child molestation, child molestation and sodomy. The Friday indictment listed two additional counts of enticing a child for indecent purposes.
Court documents say the incidents occurred between August 2009 and May 2010 at Walker’s home and business - Walker Orthotics and Prosthetics on Redmond Road.
He is alleged to have performed oral sex on the female child, who was under the age of 16 at the time and then making her fondle him while taking her pajama pants off.
Police arrested Walker at his business on September 5. He remains in the Floyd County Jail without bond.
