Staff reports

A Silver Creek man charged in connection with a fatal wreck that occurred back in November has been indicted by a Floyd County Grand Jury on vehicular homicide charges.

According to previous reports, 37-year-old Jason Duvall was driving a white Chevrolet truck that was going northbound on U.S. 27 just past Armuchee High School.

Duvall's truck crossed the center line into the path of a Toyota truck, driven by 64-year-old Jimmy Gribble of Armuchee.

Gribble's truck spun and hit a Dodge Ram driven by James Tidwell of Armuchee.

Tidwell was not injured.

Gribble was pronounced dead at the scene.

Duvall was arrested on a felony count of homicide by vehicle.

He remains lodged in the Floyd County Jail.
