Report: Woman without clothes on forced her way into Lindale home

FLOYD COUNTY JAIL RECORDS

A 28-year old Silver Creek woman was arrested after allegedly running down the road without any clothes on Tuesday evening.

According to Floyd County Jail records, 28-year old Felisha Nicole Costlow left her Old Rockmart Road residence after a verbal altercation unclothed and ran down public roadways.

She reportedly jumped onto a passing vehicle, damaging its top.

Police spotted Costlow on Hillside Drive in Lindale.

When she saw police, Costlow ran toward the door of a residence where she forced her way inside.

She reportedly resisted arrest and fought police and deputies at the jail.

Costlow was taken to the hospital where she kicked a nurse and an officer in the head and threatened to kill the officer and blow up the hospital.

She is charged with terroristic threats and acts, disorderly conduct, simple battery, simple assault, felony obstruction of officers, 1st-degree burglary, 2nd-degree criminal damage to property and public indecency.

 

Man charged with exploitation of the elderly

A 33-year old Cave Spring man is facing charges of exploitation of the elderly and battery after allegedly causing injury to a 74-year old woman.

According to Floyd County Jail records, Stephen Aron Trotter also prevented the victim from getting out of her bed to make a 911 call, resulting in an additional charge of hindering a person from making an emergency call.

The incident reportedly occurred Tuesday at Trotter’s residence on Henson Road.
   

 

Woman accused of making threats

A 50-year old Rome woman is facing charges of terroristic threats and acts following her arrest Tuesday.

According to Floyd County Jail records, Tomika Yatoya Curtis of a Henson Drive address threatened to cut a woman and then kill herself.

The incident reportedly occurred at a location on Martha Berry Boulevard.
 

 

Report:  Man attempted to escape from officers

August 8, 2018--9:36 a.m.

FLOYD COUNTY JAIL RECORDS

A 29-year old Rome man is facing an obstruction charge after fleeing from police Tuesday.

According to Floyd County Jail records, Ariel Marcelis Wright of a Heritage Way address entered a residence on Northwood Drive and broke a window in the process as he was attempting to escape.

Wright is also facing a felony probation violation charge.
