A man pulled over for holding a phone when driving also receives marijuana charge

A man who was observed handling his phone while driving was arrested for more than just that by Cartersville Police.
According to the Cartersville police, 21-year old Jeffrey Tyler Heath was stopped by police after being observed handling his phone while driving.
When he was stopped an officer reportedly smelled a strong odor reported coming from Marijuana.
Heath consented to a search where the officer found the drug weighing in at just over 4 grams.
Heath has been charged with possession of marijuana of less than an ounce and Hands-free device required.
