CALHOUN POLICE REPORTS
A Calhoun man is facing charges of indecent exposure and disorderly conduct after he allegedly urinated on a 4-year old child.
According to Calhoun Police reports, 39-year old Christopher Andrew McCormick had been arguing with others over a parking space at the apartments on North Dale Avenue.
One of the adults involved in the argument with McCormick stated he could smell urine and could see it dripping from the second level onto his daughter.
McCormick told police it was not urine, but he had poured out a beer.
However, he could not produce a bottle or can to prove it was alcohol, and he was arrested.
