Man facing multiple drug charges

A 39-year old Rome man was jailed Thursday on multiple drug charges.

According to Floyd County Jail records, Victor Feshon Johnson, of a Callier Springs Road address, is charged with one count of the sale, distribution or possession of dangerous drugs; two counts of trafficking in cocaine, illegal drugs, marijuana or methamphetamine; possession of methamphetamine; possession of meth with the intent to distribute; possession of cocaine; possession of cocaine with the intent to distribute; two counts of purchase, possession, have under control a synthetic cannabinoid, synthetic marijuana or K2; two counts of possession of a Schedule I controlled substance; and possession of a Schedule I or II controlled substance with the intent to distribute.

Johnson was arrested at a location on Old Dalton Road at the Armuchee Connector.

 

Woman charged with possession of Xanax, other drugs

A Rome woman is facing drug charges following her arrest Thursday.

According to Floyd County Jail records, 37-year old Heather Mae Justice, of a Dodd Boulevard address, was found in possession of methamphetamine, marijuana, glass smoking pipes, and Xanax during the execution of a search warrant by the Rome-Floyd Metro Task Force.

She is charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of meth, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, possession of drugs not in the original container, and possession of drug-related objects.

A Rome man was arrested Thursday on a warrant charging him with possession of a controlled substance.

According to the warrant, 32-year old Taylor James Lobrillo, of a Brannon Avenue address, was in possession of a quantity of Xanax at a location on East 2nd Avenue.
 

 

 

Report: Man used fraudulent credit card to purchase perfume, jewelry

FLOYD COUNTY JAIL RECORDS

An Atlanta man was booked into the Floyd County Jail Thursday on warrants charging him with four counts financial transaction card fraud.

According to the warrants, 37-year old Eric Vincent Dunn Willie used a fraudulent credit card to make three purchases at Belk in Mount Berry Square Mall on November 27, 2017.

Those purchases included two bottles of Chanel Coco Mademoiselle Eau De Perfume valued at $278 each, an Effy 14k Gold Diamond Ring valued at $1,283, and an Effy Yellow Gold Baguette & Round Diamond Band valued at $1,390.
