A man arrested Saturday on drug and weapons charges has now also been charged with 2nd-degree burglary.

According to Floyd County Jail records, 34-year old James Bucky Smith of Morris Road in Aragon stole a garden tiller and a battery charger from a secured barn behind another residence on Morris Road back on March 30.

He then allegedly pawned the items the same day at a Cedartown pawn shop.

In addition to possession of meth and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, Smith was also charged with theft by receiving stolen property as a result of his initial arrest Saturday.

He was reportedly found in possession of a golf cart that had been reported stolen in Polk County and stolen tools.
