FLOYD COUNTY JAIL RECORDS
A 35-year old Rome man was arrested at a location on Polaris Terrace early Wednesday on child molestation charges.
According to Floyd County Jail records, Johnny Buck Harley of a Robin Hood Road address inappropriately touched a female under the age of 16.
During the investigation, police found a glass pipe with methamphetamine residue and a small baggie of marijuana.
Harley was additionally charged with sexual battery against a child under the age of 16, possession of meth, and possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.
