FLOYD COUNTY JAIL RECORDS
A 33-year old Rome man was jailed Tuesday on charges of aggravated assault and rape.
According to Floyd County Jail records, Vincente Gonzalez-Guarcas choked the victim and raped her.
The alleged incident occurred Tuesday at Gonzalez-Guarcas’ residence on Maple Road.
He is also charged with sexual battery.
