Two fugitives wanted on federal warrants out of Rome have been arrested in Sequatchie County, Tennessee following a manhunt Saturday.
Jonathan Bryant and Tiffany Julian were wanted for having drugs, resisting arrest and for owning guns as felons, according to News Channel 9 in Chattanooga.
