FLOYD COUNTY JAIL RECORDS
A 39-year old Rome man was arrested Wednesday in connection with a home invasion.
According to Floyd County Jail records, Corey Derrel Wood entered a residence on Atteiram Drive, picked up two kitchen knives and chased a woman through the home.
He then reportedly put the knives in a trash bin in an attempt to conceal the crime.
Wood also knocked out two windows in the residence, according to the report.
He is charged with aggravated assault, 1st-degree home invasion, criminal trespass, and tampering with evidence.
