A 20-year old Rome man wanted in North Carolina on an outstanding felony warrant charging him with sexual exploitation of a child was arrested Tuesday at his Friar Tuck Road residence.

According to the Carolina Beach Police Department, Patrick Austin Wise is one of six men charged in connection with an incident on October 31, 2018, in which a 14-year old female was sexually assaulted at a house party.

The assault was videoed and photographed by those who participated in the assault.

Wise is in the Floyd County Jail on a fugitive from justice charge and is being held for North Carolina authorities.
