FLOYD COUNTY JAIL RECORDS

An 18-year old has been arrested in connection with an incident that occurred back on December 6 on Cherry Street.

According to Floyd County Jail records, Malcolm Tyrell Kennedy of Rome threatened to cut two people with a knife.

He also reportedly smashed a window of the home with a chair and slashed two tires on a vehicle.

Kennedy is charged with two counts of aggravated assault, and two counts of criminal trespass – damage to property.
