Floyd County Jail Records –
Five young men from Rome were arrested at the same time by the Floyd County Police Department on Thursday. According to Floyd County Jail Records, 19-year-old Timian Jarayus Lei Howard, 17-year-old Angelo Hasan Ingram, 18-year-old Willie James Lee III, 19-year-old Jaquan Le’ Jackson, and 19-year-old Malcolm Tyrell Kennedy were all arrested for multiple charges near the intersection of Wilson Avenue and Grover Street.
Jail records stated that Timian Howard allegedly threatened a victim with a firearm back in an incident on August 25th at a location on Turner McCall Boulevard. In a later incident that occurred on October 12th, Howard also attempted to strangle a woman after threatening her with a firearm at a residence on East Main Street. When Howard was taken into custody, Floyd County Police found marijuana, digital scales, two firearms, suspected methamphetamine, and THC oil in his vehicle. Howard is being charged with theft by receiving stolen property, possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime, possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute, possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug-related objects, failure to appear in court, and a probation violation.
Angelo Ingram, Willie Lee III, and Jaquan Jackson have been charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of a schedule I controlled substance, two counts of possession/distribution of marijuana, possession of drug-related objects, felony theft by receiving stolen property, and two counts possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime.
Malcolm Kennedy is being charged with possession of a schedule I controlled substance, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug-related objects.
Ingram is additionally being charged with possession of a gun by someone under the age of 18,
