The Roman Holiday is back at the boat dock at Heritage Park after getting stuck on the Coosa River Tuesday morning.
A tree around 10 to 12 inches in diameter got lodged underneath the boat about a quarter of a mile from the dock, but the boat never lost power.
The Rome Fire Department responded with its boat and helped to get the 40-passenger excursion boat back to the dock.
It is believed that no passengers were on board, only the captain and first mate.
There are no injuries.
