The Floyd County Sheriff’s Office has added three new names to their Top 10 Most Wanted list.
If anyone has information on the whereabouts of these individuals they are encouraged to call our warrants clerk (Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m.) at 706-236-2466 or anytime you can call 911. There is also an anonymous tip line available 24/7 at 706-236-5000. Additionally, you can anonymously submit a tip about his whereabouts through the Floyd County Sheriff’s Office app.
The newly listed are:
22-year-old Jaylon Dmonte Jester is wanted for two counts of aggravated assault, armed robbery, discharge of a firearm on/ near a public highway, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, and possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime.37-year-old Robert Allen Anderson is wanted on a probation violation (original charges were aggravated assault, aggravated battery, and false imprisonment.36-year-old Michael Sylvester Dennis is wanted for aggravated battery and a probation violation (original charges were possession with the intent to distribute).
The remaining names on the Most Wanted list as we close out 2023 are:
31-year-old Walter Andrew Agan is wanted for aggravated child molestation.28-year-old Marquis Brooks is wanted for 1st-degree burglary, smash-and-grab burglary, and a RICO violation.35-year-old Zachariah Engdahl is wanted for possession of child pornography and sexual exploitation of children.27-year-old Devin Jon Malik Ervin is wanted for fleeing & attempting to elude, obstruction, DUI, failure to maintain a lane, reckless driving, failure to obey traffic control device, seatbelt, theft by receiving stolen property, possession of a weapon by a convicted felon, possession of a weapon during the commission of a crime, possession of ecstasy, possession of marijuana greater than an ounce, possession with intent to distribute, possession of drug-related objects, and a probation violation (original charges of possession of marijuana, possession of controlled substances, and possession of drug-related objects).39-year-old Nico London is wanted for conspiracy to traffic methamphetamine, use of a communication device in the commission of a felony involving controlled substances, a probation Violation (original charge of financial transaction card fraud), and failure to appear on charges of felony obstruction, misdemeanor obstruction, conspiracy to violate the Georgia controlled substances act, and illegal use of communication device.40-year old Rocael Matzir-Abac is wanted on charges of child molestation and statutory rape.32-year-old Miguel Angel Palmerin is wanted for escape and unlawfully removing an electronic monitoring device knowingly.
