Woman charged with terroristic threats and acts

A 24-year-old Rome woman is accused of threatening the death of another woman while on the phone with 911.

According to an arrest warrant:

Anighsia Shaynikkia Woodard made the threat back on June 24.

She is charged with a felony count of terroristic threats and acts.

Felon accused of discharging firearm

A Rome man was arrested Wednesday at a location on Todd Street on charges of reckless conduct and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.

According to Floyd County Jail records:

40-year old John Paul Keene possessed a firearm and discharged it several times.

Teen accused of burglarizing storage shed at Lindale Mill

A Rome teen has been arrested in connection with the burglary of a storage shed at the Lindale Mill back on April 2.

According to an arrest warrant:

18-year-old David Jason Santillan entered the shed and took a flashlight and an air horn.

He is charged with 2nd-degree burglary and misdemeanor theft by taking.

Woman accused of abandoning child

A Lindale woman has been arrested on a felony warrant charging her with 2nd-degree cruelty to children.

According to the warrant:

28-year-old Tyana Dakai Shabre’ Sullivan abandoned a child at a residence on Garden Avenue, which she had no access to, and left her by herself in a public roadway.

The incident occurred on July 2, according to the warrant.

Man charged with meth possession

The execution of a search warrant on Judson Drive back on July 8 has resulted in drug charges being filed against a 33-year-old Rome man.

According to an arrest warrant:

Stephen Gage Massengale was found with methamphetamine.

He is charged with possession of meth.
