The Rome City School Board is reminding parents about two important changes as they get ready for the 2024-2025 school year.
Rome City Schools is switching from PowerSchool to Infinite Campus for their student information system and all students will be required to register for school this year by filling out a paper registration packet.
Registration packets can be picked up at any school building.
The registration forms need to be filled out and returned to your child’s school before August 2.
It is also vital that parents create an Infinite Campus account in order to monitor their student’s grades, behavior, and attendance.
This account is separate from registration.
Information about creating an account can be found at the Rome City School’s website.
Parents who are registering students new to Rome City Schools will need to have documents with them when they come to the school for registration.
These documents include:
● Parent’s Drivers License
● Social Security Card for the child
● Hearing, Vision, and Dental Form
● Immunizations Record
● Child’s Birth Certificate
● Water Bill for proof of residency or a lease agreement if you don’t have a water bill
