The Rome News-Tribune reports that the Synovus Bank building at 701 Broad Street has been sold.
According to real estate records, Roger Manis LLC paid $3.55 million for the building.
The bank will remain in the building.
Shane Walley, Synovus Rome market president told the paper that the plan includes a complete renovation of the branch on the first floor to enhance the client experience.
