The Rome Floyd County Development Authority often rents out the 100-plus acre property to law enforcement agencies and movie crews to utilize the fenced in property.

This is one of many SWAT or military style training drills that have taken place on the property. The Floyd County Police Department hosted a K9 bomb dog training at the property in March and film crews shot prison break scenes for a movie earlier this year.
