CCI Real Estate, True North Companies, and their partners marked a major milestone last week with the topping-out ceremony of the Nova River District. This ceremony signified the completion of the structural phase and reached the highest point in the construction process.
According to a press release from the company, the Nova River District is the largest project currently underway in downtown Rome.
The development will feature a mixed-use community with 250 residences, street-level retail spaces, and one acre of green space.
The groundbreaking ceremony for the Nova River District was held earlier this year, on April 11, at the West Third Street site.
The project remains on schedule and is expected to be completed by Summer 2025.
