A Cave Spring man is facing multiple counts of theft by conversion and theft by taking following his arrest on Wednesday.
According to an arrest warrant:
46-year-old Lindsey David Evans collected and kept multiple payments for fuel between November 1 and December 31, 2023.
The victim was later informed that none of the payments, totaling around $11,000, had been received by the business on John Davenport Drive.
