A Rome man was arrested after a gun was discharged at an apartment on Woodberry Drive in Silver Creek.
According to Floyd County Jail records:
50-year-old Victory Anthony Outley entered the residence, engaged in a confrontation, and pointed a gun at a man.
A woman’s hand was injured when the firearm went off.
Outley is also charged with reckless conduct and disorderly conduct.
Meanwhile, 51-year-old Cedric Dwinell Nicholson, who lives in the apartment, was arrested on charges of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, and possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute.
