Three arrested in drug bust on Burnett Street

Rome-Floyd Metro Task Force officers executed a search warrant at a home on Burnett Street on Friday and arrested three people on methamphetamine trafficking charges

According to Floyd County Jail records:

Approximately three ounces of meth, two ounces of marijuana, and a firearm with an altered serial number were recovered.

46-year-old Candince Tonisha Watley, 45-year-old Neal Allen Stringer, and 32-year-old Stephanie Marie Toland are all additionally charged with possession of meth with the intent to distribute, felony possession of marijuana, and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.

Stringer and Toland are facing additional charges of possession of an article with an altered identification mark and possession of drug-related objects.

Toland was also charged with possession of a Schedule II controlled substance after she was found with hydrocodone pills.
