The following is a preliminary report by WRGA News. More information may be added as it becomes available:
On Monday afternoon Floyd 911 Dispatch received multiple reports that a burgundy Chrysler 300 had struck the front of the Harbor View Nursing Home located on Redmond Road.
Floyd 911 dispatch reported multiple injuries as a result of the accident, but the extent of those injuries is not known at the time of this report.
First responders at the scene evacuated residents and patients out of the nursing home so that the structural integrity of the building could be checked out.
