The Floyd County Board of Assessors will be mailing annual notices of assessment on May 14,

The last day to file a written appeal will be June 28, 2024.

Please be aware that each property owner should reach out to the tax assessor’s office if they do not receive their notice in a timely manner. Any failure of the USPS to deliver the appropriately mailed notice does not constitute an extension of the appeal deadline.
