-Floyd County Jail records-

A Cedartown teen who was shot in the arm and hand in the area of Calhoun Avenue in North Rome Wednesday morning is now lodged in the Floyd County Jail on a felony fugitive from justice charge.

According to the arrest warrant:

17-year-old Tyrel Deshun Spencer Jr. had an active warrant for armed robbery in Jefferson Count, Alabama.

Spencer is also charged with a misdemeanor count of obstruction for fleeing on foot from police at the hospital where he was being treated.
