-Rome Police Department report-

Rome Police responded to Perkins Street in North Rome over the holiday weekend after gunshots were fired an apartment.

According to the incident report:

Several bullet holes were located in the door and next to the door of the apartment.

However, one of the holes was from a previous incident.

Several spent shell casings were also found in the roadway.

In addition, the front window of the adjoining apartment was broken.

No injuries were reported.

The incident occurred around 2 a.m. on Saturday.
