Two North Rome men are facing animal cruelty charges following their arrests on Tuesday.
According to Floyd County Jail records:
20-year-old Rejean Soukory Edwards and 57-year-old Reginald Lamar Edwards had two puppies in cages outside their North Broad Street home.
One puppy was dead, covered with flies, and laying in water.
The other puppy had a hurt paw with no water and little food to eat.
