A 30-year-old Lindale man has been charged in a shooting on Davis Street.

According to Floyd County Jail records:

Paul Younger Sartan fired the gun from his vehicle at a group of people and a house.

A round struck a man in the pelvis.

Sartan then admitted that he discarded the firearm.

He is charged with aggravated assault aggravated reckless conduct discharge of a firearm possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime and tampering with evidence.
