A man listed on the Floyd County Sheriff’s Office “Most Wanted” page is in custody.

30-year-old Kuamaine Deon Farrell is facing charges of aggravated assault and battery under the Family Violence Act following his arrest Thursday.

According to an arrest warrant and Floyd County Jail records:

Farrell grabbed a woman around the throat and neck during a verbal altercation on August 25 at a location on Reservoir Street.

 The victim is eight weeks pregnant.
