Two East Rome residents have been arrested on felony warrants charging them with identity fraud.

According to the warrants:

27-year-old Avon Trey Grissom and 24-year-old Samantha Kayleen Dowdy used a woman’s EBT card at several locations in Floyd County between August 16 and August 20.

The two purchased food with the card.
