Woman accused of making threat on voice recording
A Silver Creek woman was arrested on Lombardy Way Sunday on charges of simple battery, terroristic threats and acts, and misdemeanor obstruction of officers.
According to Floyd County Jail records:
31-year-old Sabra Daphine Lindsey threw alcohol on the victim.
Lindsey then threatened to kill the victim on a voice recording and failed to identify herself to the police.
Report: Woman walking in and out of traffic threatens police officer
A woman is accused of threatening a police officer.
According to Floyd County Jail records:
32-year-old Destinee Dawn Crocker was under the influence of drugs to the point where she was walking in and out of traffic on Alabama Highway, and throwing things into oncoming traffic.
She then threatened to kill the responding officer.
Crocker is charged with terroristic threats and acts, disorderly conduct, and pedestrian under the influence.
Man arrested on drug charges at Midway Park
A Lindale man who was at Midway Park after hours was arrested on drug charges over the weekend.
According to Floyd County Jail records:
21-year-old Trey Michael Forcier had over 28 grams of marijuana, psilocybin mushrooms, packaging materials, and scales.
He is charged with felony possession of marijuana, possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute, possession of a Schedule I controlled substance, possession of a Schedule I controlled substance with the intent to distribute, possession of drug-related objects, and criminal trespass.
Traffic stop leads to drug arrest
A West Rome man was arrested on drug charges following a traffic stop on North Broad Street at Camp Street Sunday.
According to Floyd County Jail records:
A vehicle driven by 45-year-old Tremaine Cortez Turner was seen failing to maintain a lane.
It was determined that Turner was driving under the influence and was later found with suspected ecstasy and marijuana.
He is charged with possession of a Schedule I controlled substance, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, failure to maintain a lane, and DUI.
