Report: Masked teens arrested for burglary

Two teenagers were arrested late Wednesday after allegedly trying to break into the Dairy Queen on Shorter Avenue with a crowbar while wearing ski masks.

According to Floyd County Jail records, 17-year old Frank Phillip Peyton Jr. of a Pine Hill Drive address and an accomplice identified as 17-year old Nathaniel Jones Ogelesby of Bush Arbor Place attempted to enter the business by prying open a rear door.

Both are charged with 1st-degree burglary, possession of tools for the commission of a crime, and wearing a mask to conceal their identities.
