We have more information regarding a member of the Georgia Tech cycling team who was critically injured in a crash during Sunday’s bicycle race in downtown Calhoun.
John Graves, the son of 14th District Congressman Tom Graves, was airlifted to a trauma unit.
The Congressman issued a statement Monday morning on Twitter saying “John remains in intensive care and is being cared for by a top-notch team of doctors and medical professionals……He’s a strong boy and is showing signs of responsiveness. We appreciate the outpouring of support and continued prayers as John begins his recovery.”
