FLOYD COUNTY JAIL RECORDS
A 29-year old Lindale man is accused of using someone else’s credit card account number to make a payment to a probation resources service.
According to Floyd County Jail records, Roy Lee Sutton of an Avenue C address also used the card number to make payments to his account at Rome Municipal Court, the jail ATM, and an insurance company.
Sutton is also accused of using the account number to order take out from Waffle House.
He is charged with seven counts of financial transaction card fraud.
