A 33-year old Rome woman was arrested on a felony warrant charging her with theft by taking.
According to the warrant, Haley Shiree Warren of a Calhoun Road address took lottery tickets valued at $5,100 between July 7 and July 18.
She reportedly activated the tickets and took them without authority.
