FLOYD COUNTY JAIL RECORDS
A 33-year old Rome man has been arrested on a felony warrant charging him with child molestation.
According to the warrant, Richard Alan Franco of a Hasty Road address molested a female under the age of 16.
The alleged incident occurred back in April of this year.
