The Floyd County Board of Education will have two called meetings Wednesday.
The first will be a work session on Wednesday at 8:30 a.m. in the superintendent’s office.
During the meeting, the board is expected to approve a name change for Alto Park Elementary.
Then at 12:30, the board will have a joint meeting with the Floyd County Commission in the training center at the Floyd County Jail on New Calhoun Highway.
They will go into Executive Session to discuss property.
